The temple
Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga
Trimbakeshwar Temple, near Nashik in Maharashtra, is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. It is linked with the origin of the Godavari river, and the water of Kushavarta Kund in the temple complex is used in the rituals performed here.
